The Chinese medicine extracting method features that it includes the following steps: water extraction of Chinese medicine material, concentration of the extracted liquid, adding alcohol to the concentrated liquid and letting stand, recovering alcohol from the supernatant and obtain extractum, press filtering the precipitate containing alcohol in the plate-frame press, and rectifying the filtrate while recovering alcohol for reuse and discarding the filtered dreg.
