Summary:The present invention discloses a composition that may be extruded and/or injection moulded, comprising a chemically modified softwood lignin and a polyester selected from PBS (PolyButylene Succinate), PBAT (PolyButylene Adipate Terephthalate) and PCL (PolyCaproLactone) or mixtures thereof. The chemically modified softwood lignin constitutes 10 to 25 weight-% of the total weight of the composition. La présente invention concerne une composition qui peut être extrudée et/ou moulée par injection, comprenant une lignine de bois tendre chimiquement modifiée et un polyester choisi parmi le PBS (polybutylène succinate), le PBAT (polybutylène adipate téréphtalate) et la PCL (polycaprolactone) ou des mélanges de ceux-ci. La lignine de bois tendre chimiquement modifiée constitue de 10 à 25 % en poids du poids total de la composition.
