A wind hang off assembly and associated method secures an associated cable to an associated structure. The assembly includes a multi-part housing that when assembled forms first and second openings having cross-sectional dimensions that receive the associated cable therethrough at opposite, first and second ends. The openings communicate with an internal cavity. A multi-part insert receives the cable therethrough, and has an outer conformation dimensioned for receipt in the housing cavity and resists movement relative to the housing. Helical rods have an axial dimension received over an associated portion of the associated cable that is received in the housing. The assembly further includes a mounting member that operatively mounts the housing to the associated structure. La présente invention concerne un ensemble de mise en pendant d'éolienne et un procédé associé permettant de fixer un câble associé à une structure associée. L'ensemble comprend un logement à pièces multiples qui, une fois assemblé, forme des première et seconde ouvertures présentant des dimensions en coupe transversale et recevant le câble associé au niveau d'une première extrémité et d'une seconde extrémité qui sont opposées. Les ouvertures communiquent avec une cavité interne. Un insert à pièces multiples reçoit le câble et présente une conformation externe dimensionnée pour la réception dans la cavité de logement et résiste au mouvement par rapport au logement. Des tiges hélicoïdales présentent une dimension axiale reçue sur une partie associée du câble associé qui est reçu dans le logement. L'ensemble comprend en outre un élément de montage qui permet de fixer de manière fonctionnelle le logement à la structure associée.
