Summary:The present invention relates to novel peptides that are derivatives of glucose- dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) analogues having improved physical stability in solution and a protracted profile of action. More particular the invention relates to such peptides that are agonists at the GIP receptor and to their use in weight management or for treatment of diseases such as obesity, diabetes or non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). La présente invention concerne de nouveaux peptides qui sont des dérivés d'analogues polypeptidiques insulinotropiques dépendant du glucose (GIP) ayant une stabilité physique améliorée en solution et un profil d'action prolongé. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne de tels peptides qui sont des agonistes au niveau du récepteur de GIP et leur utilisation dans la gestion du poids ou pour le traitement de maladies telles que l'obésité, le diabète ou la stéatohépatite non alcoolique (NASH).
