Abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing a pellet, in particular for a catalytic converter and/or static mixer. The method allows for pellets to be produced by which the fluid dynamics in reactors or columns can be optimized and set in a targeted manner so that the heat transfer, mass transfer, and the pressure loss in a reactor or in a column can be optimized. The method of producing the pellet comprises cutting to shape and/or shaping at least one layer of metal foam material into a pellet shape. The porosity of the pellet being greater than or equal to 70%, with the porosity of the pellet being determined by means of an image analysis with reference to a transverse cross-section of the pellet in that an image of the cross-section is taken and the image surfaces with and without material are put into relationship with one another.
Il est décrit une méthode servant à fabriquer une pastille, laquelle pastille convient particulièrement à un convertisseur catalytique et/ou à un mélangeur statique. La méthode permet de produire de pastilles grâce auxquelles la dynamique de fluide dans des réacteurs ou dans des colonnes peut être optimisée et déterminée de manière ciblée afin d'optimiser le transfert thermique, le transfert massique et la perte de pression dans un réacteur ou dans une colonne. La méthode de fabrication de pastilles comprend découper et/ou former au moins une couche de matériau de mousse métallique pour lui donner la forme d'une pastille. La porosité de la pastille étant supérieure ou égale à 70 %, la détermination de la porosité dépend d'une analyse d'image d'une coupe transversale de la pastille, de sorte qu'une image de la coupe transversale est capturée et que les surfaces de l'image avec ou sans matériau sont placées ensemble. |
