Abstract | A broadband, low profile, ultra-thin and flexible, planar wire antenna includes an inverted triangular section and a horizontal bar section centered at the apex of the triangular section. Tab elements are provided on opposite ends of the bar section to increase the end effect of the antenna. Furthermore, 45 degree tabbed elements are joined to the top corners of the triangular section and extend in opposite directions therefrom. The tabbed elements added to the triangular section and to the bar section increase the overall electrical length of the antenna to simulate a physically larger size antenna.
L'invention concerne une antenne filaire plane ultra-mince et flexible à profil bas et à large bande comprenant une section triangulaire inversée et une section de barre horizontale centrée au niveau du sommet de la section triangulaire. Des éléments de patte sont disposés sur des extrémités opposées de la section de barre pour augmenter l'effet d'extrémité de l'antenne. En outre, des éléments à patte à 45 degrés sont raccordés aux coins supérieurs de la section triangulaire et s'étendent dans des directions opposées depuis celle-ci. Les éléments à patte ajoutés à la section triangulaire et à la section de barre augmentent la longueur électrique totale de l'antenne pour simuler une antenne physiquement plus grande. |
