Abstract The invention relates to corrosion inhibitors, and more specifically corrosion inhibitors for coating compositions. The invention provides for coating compositions that have improved corrosion properties, including reduced flash rust during the application of the coating composition to a metal surface, and even improved corrosion inhibition in the resulting dried coating. The invention also provides for methods of making and using the described the compositions and the corrosion inhibitors thereof.
