Abstract An area of a structure is reworked using resin infusion of a fiber preform. A resin flow hole is formed through the structure from a first side of the structure to a second side of the structure. The fiber preform is placed on the first side of the structure and substantially saturated with resin by flowing resin into the preform and out through the resin flow hole to the second side of the structure. Une zone dune structure est remaniée à laide dune infusion de résine dune préforme de fibres. Un trou découlement de résine est formé au travers dun premier côté de la structure vers un second côté de la structure. La préforme de fibres est placée sur le premier côté de la structure et est sensiblement saturée avec une résine en faisant sécouler la résine dans la préforme et vers lextérieur par le trou découlement de résine vers le second côté de la structure.
