Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a part (10) by forging, including producing a semifinished part (10) by precision forging and polishing the part (10) by means of an abrasive strip, the compliant geometric characteristics of the part (10) to be obtained being predetermined in a theoretical model. The method is characterised in that it includes the following steps: measuring the geometrical characteristics of the semifinished part (10) after the forging operations and comparing said characteristics with the theoretical model; determining noncompliant areas on the surface of the part (10); determining the amount of material to be removed from each noncompliant area in order to make said area compliant; and polishing the part (10) using the abrasive strip, controlling said strip so as to remove said amount of material from each noncompliant area. The method can be used in particular for polishing turbine engine fan blades.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce (10) par forgeage, comprenant la réalisation d'une pièce (10) semi finie par forgeage de précision et le polissage de la pièce (10) au moyen d'une bande abrasive, les caractéristiques géométriques conformes de la pièce (10) à obtenir étant déterminées dans un modèle théorique. Le procédé est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes: Mesure des caractéristiques géométriques de la pièce (10) semi finie après les opérations de forgeage, et comparaison au modèle théorique, - détermination sur la surface de la pièce (10) des zones qui sont non conformes, - détermination de la quantité de matière à enlever dans chaque zone non conforme pour la rendre conforme, - polissage de la pièce (10) au moyen de la bande abrasive, en pilotant ladite bande de manière à enlever ladite quantité de matière dans chaque zone non conforme. Le procédé s'applique en particulier au polissage d'aube de soufflantes de turboréacteurs. |
