Abstract | The present invention relates to piperazin-1-yl-trifluoromethyl-substituted-pyridines that are fast dissociating dopamine 2 receptor antagonists, processes for preparing these compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising these com-pounds as an active ingredient. The compounds find utility as medicines for treating or preventing central nervous system disor-ders, for example schizophrenia, by exerting an antipsychotic effect without motor side effects.
La présente invention porte sur des pyridines substituées par un groupe pipérazin-1-yl-trifluorométhyle qui sont des antagonistes des récepteurs D2 de la dopamine à dissociation rapide, sur des procédés de préparation de ces composés, sur des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant ces composés en tant que principe actif. Les composés trouvent une utilité en tant que médicaments pour le traitement ou la prévention de troubles du système nerveux central, par exemple la schizophrénie, en exerçant un effet antipsychotique sans effets secondaires moteurs.
