Summary:The present invention is related to an unique and novel fishing device, designed to handle the combination of nylon and elastic line and adaptable for still fishing from shore, from a boat in shallow water, in deep waters and trolling. The prime object of this invention is to enable you to send the live bait slowly into the water to the desired spot, while inflicting only minimum damage to the minnow body and keeping it all the time on that spot, exposed to the passing big fish, regardless of wind and water current. Briefly, it comprises an ovalshaped base plate, having at one side a plywood movable leg attached. On the other side there are 8 wooden dollies mounted perpendicularly to the plate, alongside the outer periphery. At the same side, in the centre of the plate is a simple (no gear) but large reel mounted. At the same centre bolt (reel axle) on the other side is a knob handle mounted. Above the leg at the forward end is a butt ferrule to take up the rod. Across the ferrule is a halfround handle. The line guides on the rod are open on one side for catching the line into it.
