PREVENTING OFF-FLAVOR IN CERTAIN ALITAME-SWEETENED BEVERAGES
The flavor of beverages having a pH below 4.0 which have been artificially sweetened with alitame is stabilized by formulating the beverages with edetic acid or a food-acceptable salt thereof.
