Summary: | The present invention belongs to the field of catalyst preparation, and relates to a catalytic cracking catalyst and a preparation method therefor. The catalytic cracking catalyst comprises: 10-70 weight% of a cracking active component, 10-60 weight% of a binder and 10-70 weight% of clay, wherein the cracking active component comprises 5-100 weight% of a first Y-type molecular sieve and 0-95 weight% of a second molecular sieve; and the first y-type molecular sieve is a modified molecular sieve based on a kaolin crystal transformation, and the sodium oxide content thereof is less than 2 weight%. The preparation method for the catalyst comprises the steps of pulping, spray drying, washing, filtering, and drying a cracking active component comprising a modified molecular sieve based on a kaolin crystal transformation, a binder and clay. The catalyst is used in the catalytic cracking reaction of heavy oils, and has a good coke selectivity, as well as a high heavy oil conversion rate. |
