Summary:Disclosed is a vertical drilling method in narrow part of erected bridge; motor is used and is connected with transmission shaft through flexible shaft; said transmission shaft is connected with drill rod through steering gear box; said drill pipe is connected with button bit; angle between drill rod and said transmission shaft is 90 degrees; said motor, flexible shaft and transmission shaft are in the identical transmission direction; said motor is arranged between two bases in the limited space at the beam bottom; the place that the button bit directly faces is discharge outlet to be drilled; motor frame is made in a welding mode and said motor is arranged on the motor frame; said motor, flexible shaft, transmission shaft, steering gear box, drill rod and button bit are connected and fixed at the same time; during the drilling process, number of said drill rod is gradually increased according to the drilling depth until the drilling is finished; drilling in the limited space by taking use of the flexibility of said flexible shaft and the 90-degree steering feature of said steering gear box solves the problem that the discharge outlet is not reserved; according to this method for 90 degree hole drilling in limited space at the beam bottom, construction of scaffold or elevation of beam body is replaced, thus can save the time and cost, and achieve good technical and economic effect.
