Abstract | The present disclosure provides an apparatus and a method for realtime flow electrochemiluminescence (ECL). the detection apparatus includes a main body, an ECL reaction bed module, a removable light transmitting seal, a light avoiding shell, a photoelectric sensor, and a light transmitting part; a reaction groove is provided in the main body, and a reaction cavity is formed between the reaction groove and the light transmitting part; the ECL reaction bed module is disposed at the bottom of the reaction groove and connected to a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the ECL reaction bed module includes a first electrode, a removable reaction bed, and a second electrode, and the removable reaction bed is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; the removable light transmitting seal is covered on the ECL reaction bed module; and a dark cavity is formed in the light avoiding shell, the photoelectric sensor is disposed in the dark cavity, and a light window of the dark cavity faces the ECL reaction bed module in the reaction cavity through the light transmitting part. The detection method uses the foregoing apparatus.
