Summary:Abstract The present invention discloses a method for preparing a spermidine extract from animal muscle tissues by ultrasonication and extraction, rotary evaporation, vacuum freeze-drying and silica gel column chromatography for purification. The present invention provides a simple, convenient, fast, efficient and low-cost extraction method for extraction of natural spermidine. The method is practical and has the advantages of strong operability, short extraction time and high repeatability.
