Summary:A spinal implant is disclosed comprising an exterior frame defining medial, lateral, posterior and anterior walls having a posterior wall thickness and an anterior wall thickness respectively. The exterior frame has one or more ribs extending between the medial wall and lateral wall. The implant also includes an inner layer adjacent the frame having an exposed superior and an exposed inferior surface and a higher porosity than the exterior frame. The anterior wall thickness is defined by an extension of the anterior wall beyond the inner layer, and the posterior wall thickness is defined by an extension of the posterior wall beyond the inner layer.
