A population of Lymphocytes; ii. A population of Monocytes; and iii. A population of Hematopoietic stem cells expressing CD34; and wherein the cell suspension further comprises: B.Granulocytes; for use in the treatment or amelioration of lower extremity peripheral artery disease.
