| Abstract | The invention relates to a medical product (12, 30) having a carrier layer (14, 31), wherein one of the two sides of the carrier layer (14, 31) forming the surface forms an outer side (16, 24) of the medical product (12, 30), wherein a code (22, 32) is permanently applied to the side forming the outer side (16, 34), wherein the code (22, 32) is a two-dimensional matrix code indicating a uniform source indicator of an internet site comprising application-specific and/or technical data about the medical product. The invention further relates to a set comprising at least one medical product (12, 30), particularly present in a package, and a decoding device (24) for decoding the identification code and for producing the connection to the internet site, and to the use of the code (22, 32). |
