Summary:The device (30) has an inlet/input section to receive an optical signal with mixed multiplexing in wavelength and time. An optical door (31) selectively stops wavelength channels towards an outlet/output section (40). Control units control the optical door in synchronization with temporal channels to pass temporal channels in a simultaneous way towards the outlet/output section. An optoelectronic receiver is coupled with the inlet/input section to receive the wavelength channels. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for transportation of optical signals (2) a device for transportation of optical signals.
