Summary:The level of innovation activity and innovation capacity, elaboration of interaction mechanisms for the subjects of the regional innovation system make a significant impact on the development of the region. This article investigates the development of integration processes in the “Education - Science - Industry” system based on networking. Advantages of forming networks and their special features for the research university as a network metacenter are described. The view of the “Education - Science - Industry” system is connected with models of networking, principles and forms of their operation, approaches to the organization and development of networks.
