Summary:Objective To analyze the clinical features, therapeutic effects, and prognosis of high-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBL) in young and middle-aged patients. Methods The clinical data of 27 young and middle-aged patients with HGBL were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 27 young and middle-aged patients with HGBL, advanced Ann Arbor stage, high age-adjusted international prognostic index score, many extranodal organ involvement, and bone marrow involvement were more common in patients with double/triple-hit lymphoma (HGBL-DT) compared with patients with HGBL, not otherwise specified (HGBL-NOS) (P<0.05). In the short-term efficacy comparison, the overall response rate of patients with HGBL-NOS was significantly higher than that of patients with HGBL-DT (P<0.05). In the long-term efficacy comparison, the progression free survival and overall survival of patients with HGBL-NOS were both significantly superior to those of patients with HGBL-DT (P<0.05). In 6 patients with early HGBL-NOS, remission was achieved in both
