Abstract In order to solve the problems of low utilization efficiency and high information consumption cost of multi-attribute resource data in congestion transmission environment, a solution was proposed. Firstly, the cloud computing service platform was used as the host platform of congestion network resource scheduling, and the preliminary evaluation of network fitness value was realized according to the coding principle of multi-attribute data. Secondly, the definition and modeling of network congestion resources were completed, and the real value of scheduling parameters of multi-attribute resources was determined by using the parameter extraction algorithm. Finally, the input and output bars related to the domain control subject were used to achieve the multi-attribute resource scheduling domain partition of congestion network.
