Summary:It is worrying that teachers in training who are inserted into teaching units to complete their work and research component not feel fully identified with the teaching profession, or are in their tutors assistance conscious and needed to successfully develop its work and reaffirm thus their interest in the race, this reveals shortcomings from the motivational point of view presented during the initial training process thereof, particularly those of mathematics career - Physical and lack of commitment of managers and staff with training from the teaching units.
