Summary:The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of organizational structure on competitive strategy. The method used in this study, the purpose, nature is a descriptive survey. The population of the investigation, all employees of the communications infrastructure, that 420 of person have been selected. Based on the sample size of 201 subjects was selected Morgan. Select the sample, simple random sampling was used. To measure organizational structure (centralization, formalization and complexity) of the research cruise and Gamps (2003) and Palmer and Dunford (2002) was used. In the context of competitive strategies according to Miller (1988 and 1987), three strategies of cost leadership, differentiation strategy, the product or service strategy was to focus on specific product or service. The validity of the study, content and assessment tools to verify internal consistency, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. For data analysis, structural equation modeling and LISREL 5.8 software was used. Data analysis showed that different aspects of the organizational structure of the competitive strategy of the study population have a direct and positive impact.
