EFFECTIVE MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES AT THE ENTERPRISE

The article provides an author's vision of creating an effective and efficient mechanism for managing financial resources at an enterprise. The specifics of this issue were considered, taking into account the economic and social features of the environment, and the features were singled out. The main criteria for managing financial resources at the enterprise at each of the three existing levels, namely at the strategic, tactical and operational stages, have been investigated and explained. After analyzing various approaches and theories of domestic and foreign scientists, the essence of the concept of "control mechanism" is summarized. Social surveys were conducted among Ukrainians. A detailed analysis of the problems of the chosen topic was carried out, in particular during the unstable situation in the country, the percentage of the number of enterprises that did not survive or temporarily stopped functioning was highlighted. The current economic instruments and methods are considered, with the help of which it is possible to create a high-quality and successful concept of capital management of the objects of economic donation. The main principles are presented, following which any company can take its business to a new level, gain success and a worthy place in the market. The key factors of an effective financial resource management mechanism are illustrated by the example of the company "Epicenter", one of the largest trade networks in Ukraine, which has more than 70 trade centers in the country. The dynamics of the company's revenues and profits, indicators of profitability, current and quick liquidity, and the company's balance sheet for 2019–2023 were studied. For the sake of transparency and maximizing the amount of information on an effective financial management mechanism, foreign experience is given in how countries, namely Norway, Chile, New Zealand and Singapore, contribute to the improvement of the asset management system at enterprises, and their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. In general, examples of ways to improve and modernize the company's successful financial policy are given.
