2006~2015年苏州地区440例儿童呼吸道腺病毒感染的流行病学分析
目的了解苏州地区儿童呼吸道腺病毒(ADV)感染的流行病学特征,为临床合理诊治ADV感染提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2006~2015年在苏州大学附属儿童医院住院治疗的35 529例呼吸道感染患儿中ADV感染患儿的临床资料。结果 35 529例患儿中,ADV总阳性检出率为1.24%(440/35 529)。男女儿童ADV阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(1.18%vs 1.34%)。〈1岁、1岁~、3岁~、7~14岁组患儿ADV阳性检出率分别为0.39%(71/18 002)、1.12%(103/9 191)、3.14%(201/6 398)、3.35%(65/1 938),ADV阳性检出率随着年龄的...
