昆明市儿童感染肺炎支原体流行病学调查分析
目的调查小儿肺炎支原体感染(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)在昆明的发病率、性别、发病季节及发病年龄分布的情况.方法对2009年1月至2013年12云南省第一人民医院儿科门诊及住院部疑似肺炎支原体感染的呼吸道感染儿童11 473例做血清肺炎支原体抗体检测.结果近5 a云南省第一人民医院儿科共有11473例呼吸道感染患儿行支原体抗体检测,MP阳性数为2 952例,阳性率为25.73%,男性患儿阳性率21.89%,女性患儿阳性率30.87%,男性患儿低于女性患儿,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);抗体阳性率最高季节,在冬季阳性率为28.41%,春季其次为28.24%,秋季最低为2...

Methods From January 2009 to December 2013,11,473 cases of respiratory infections with suspected Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital were given serum test of the antibody of Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Results In recent five years, a total of 11,473 cases of respiratory tract infections in children in our hospital received MP antibody detection,the positive case was 2952 cases,the positive rate was 25.73%. The positive rate in male children and female children was 21.89% and 30.87%,respectively, the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=118.294, P〈 0.001).
