患者男，57岁。额面部红斑肿胀1年余，加重1个月，无系统性损害，无副球蛋白血症。皮损组织病理：真皮内见黄色瘤性肉芽肿伴有渐进性坏死。诊断：渐进性坏死性黄色肉芽肿。

A 57-year-old male presented with swelling red patehes over the glabella and periorbital area for more than one year and being aggravated in one month. The patient did not develop system involvement and paraproteinemias. Histopathologic findings were xanthogranuloma accompanied with progressive necrosis in the dermis. The diagnosis of necrobiotic xanthogranuloma was made.
