虹鳟(Oncorhynchusmykiss)传染性造血器官坏死病(IHN)抗病力遗传参数估计及其抗病家系筛选

以虹鳟(Oncorhynchusmykiss)43L良品系G2世代为基础群体,在避免全同胞或半同胞交配基础上随机交配,建立60个全同胞家系,对上述家系进行传染性造血器官坏死病毒(Infectioushaematopoieticnecrosisvirus,IHNV)人工感染试验,构建贝叶斯动物阈模型估计IHN抗病力遗传参数,采用吉布斯抽样(Gibbssampling)方法估计虹鳟IHN抗病力方差组分并计算遗传力,结果表明,虹鳟IHN抗病力遗传力为0.34。在此基础上进行抗病家系筛选研究,获得8个感染IHNV病毒90日存活率超过50%家系,其中-个家系(编号K23)存活率超过90%。本研究结果显示...

The generation two (G2) of a rainbow trout superior strain population were used as the base population. This strain was being selectively bred by the Heilongjiang River Fishery Research Institute (HRFRI) of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences (CAFS). 60 full sib families were developed in rainbowtrout by random mating and avoiding inbreeding among full or half sibs.
