Fe基合金/石墨系柱状金刚石的高温高压合成与表征

The column-shape diamond crystals were synthesized with a powder alloy catalyst of 10%(in mass)Fe/90%Fe70Ni30 and a graphite powder by a cubic anvil apparatus(Model SPD–6 × 1200) at 5.0–5.5 GPa and 1 550–1 600 K.The morphology and growth behavior of diamond crystal were investigated.The results show that the synthetic diamond crystals have a column-shape with light green color.The length range of the crystals was 0.6–0.8 mm with the length to diameter ratios of 2.0–2.5.The column-shape crystals had two main kinds of complete crystal shapes,namely,one elongated along the direction and another along the direction.It was indicated that the nitrogen content(1 500 × 10^6) of the synthetic diamond
