荧光原位杂交在子宫颈病变的癌变风险预测中的应用

目的探讨hTERC基因在不同宫颈病变中的扩增情况及hTERC基因扩增对宫颈病变发展趋势的预测意义。方法利用FISH在荧光显微镜下观察3号染色体着丝粒CSP3和hTERC基因双色探针的杂交效果,检测不同宫颈病变中hTERC基因扩增情况,对部分存在hTERC基因扩增的患者进行随访。结果随着宫颈病变的发展,hTERC基因扩增的阳性率及扩增的细胞所占比例均在不断升高,差异具有统计学意义。结论 hTERC基因扩增与宫颈病变的发展密切相关,FISH检测hTERC基因是否存在扩增可能成为预测宫颈病变发展趋势的可靠手段。...
