Abstract Platform of enterprise co-evolution based on the collective intelligence is a multifunction platform on the web so that users and enterprises can public information, search for information, pose questions and answer questions, the most important function is it supports the integration of process, self-organization and self-adapting. The proposed approach is web2.0 tech-nology based and the use of ontology technology, with which the platform could accomplish the collection of users’ implicit information and explicit information, the grouping and recommendation program; the CDO ontology can complete the information classification, information mark function, and the knowledge or intelligence resources categorizing or matching. In this paper, we analyze the program complexity in three different situations on the platform, and use the CDO ontology to fulfill the process integration and related resources recommendation, finally get the co-evolution of enterprises.
