基于肾精与干细胞的关系阐释补肾益精法在视网膜变性治疗中的作用机理
R774.1; 干细胞作为一类具有自我更新、高度增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞群体,在视网膜变性治疗领域展现出广阔的前景.中医学肾精与干细胞在繁衍生殖、生长发育、生髓化血、濡养脏腑等生理功能及先天与后天来源等方面存在诸多相似性,尤其是先天之精与干细胞之间可能存在着理论同一性的关系.视网膜变性的中医病机归结于肾虚精亏,目窍失养,治宜补肾益精为法.间充质干细胞属于干细胞的一类,补肾益精法对骨髓来源间充质干细胞的迁移、归巢、分化及旁分泌有明显的促进作用.本文以此为切入点,探讨补肾益精法在视网膜变性治疗中的潜在机理,为今后开展相关研究提供新的思路及理论依据....
