固体等离子体频率可重构天线的实现方法
TN82; 基于对横向PIN二极管的物理建模,分析了固体等离子体的形成机理,建立了复介电常数、电导率等固体等离子体参数与半导体中载流子浓度、横向PIN二极管的物理结构尺寸等参数的关系,并研究得到了电磁波在横向PIN二极管中的传输与损耗特性.以硅基横向PIN二极管为基础,提出了固体等离子体频率可重构天线的实现方法,通过控制横向PIN二极管的通断,可以获得不同的天线谐振工作频率.通过可重构振子天线的设计与加工测试,天线的频率重构范围超过一个倍频程.实验测试结果与仿真分析实现了良好吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性与天线实现方法的可行性....
