电液式可变气门系统回油阶段瞬时压力的分析
TK427; 基于某型号船用柴油发动机电液式可变气门系统,通过试验与仿真相结合的方法,在试验数据与仿真结果符合较好的情况下,建立了压力波动评价体系,研究了回油电磁阀的开启斜率、最大开度、开启相位和供油压力对电磁阀阀后液压油路回油阶段的瞬时压力特征时间(分为急降区时间、稳定区时间和自由下降区时间等3个区间)的影响.研究结果表明:急降区时间随回油电磁阀开启斜率的增加而减小,随最大开度的增加而增加;稳定区时间随回油电磁阀开启斜率的增加而增加,随最大开度的增加而减小;回油电磁阀开启斜率和最大开度对急降区时间和稳定区时间的影响均大于开启相位和供油压力的影响;自由下降区时间几乎不受回油电磁阀开启斜率、最大...
