微尺度下黏度对油墨流动特性的影响

TS801.9; 为了研究油墨黏度对印刷过程中微尺度下油墨流动特性的影响,首先从理论方面分析黏度对油墨流动特性的影响,然后运用专业流体仿真软件FLUENT分别在有/无滑移2种条件下分析黏度对油墨流动特性的影响.结果表明:2种条件下,油墨最大压应力都随黏度增大而增大;无滑移时,黏度对油墨流动速度无影响,而有滑移情况下,随黏度增大,油墨流动速度先增大后减小,之后基本保持不变.通过2种条件的对比分析,考虑滑移与否,对油墨最大速度影响较大,因此在分析黏度对油墨流动特性的影响时必须考虑滑移....
