新型多级串联槽式光微反应器及其在光催化反应中的应用

TQ03.39; 开发了一种新型光催化反应器——多级串联槽式光微反应器,其中包含16个串联的微型圆柱槽,每个单元槽内有一个微型搅拌子从而实现充分搅拌.停留时间分布测试结果表明:无论是均相液体物料,还是含有固体颗粒的悬浮液物料,在反应器中都能够实现接近平推流的流动状态.制作了透明度高、化学稳定性好的石英玻璃反应器,在反应器中进行TiO2光催化降解染料的模型反应,运行10h无堵塞现象发生,且反应速率相对于烧瓶中的间歇反应速率提高约24倍....
