U型单相自起动永磁同步电机电磁振动与噪声分析

TM351; 针对U型单相自起动永磁同步电机在运行中出现的振动与噪声问题进行数值仿真分析.采用时步有限元法与二维傅里叶分解相结合的方法,获得电机定子内圆处的径向、切向电磁力的频率、阶次和幅值的对应关系;采用动力学有限元法与声场边界元法的非耦合直接计算,对单相电机的振动噪声进行分析.结果表明,单相永磁电机中电磁力的切向分量大于径向分量,在分析振动噪声问题时不可忽略切向电磁力,影响电机振动的主要是1、2、3阶次对应的2倍频和4倍频谐波分量,这一结论为深入探求削弱电机振动噪声的方法提供了理论依据....
