一族具有直流链电压箝位的高升压比Y源逆变器
TM464; 针对耦合电感型阻抗源逆变器出现的直流链电压尖峰问题,在传统Y源逆变器的基础上,引入新型吸收回路,提出一族具有直流链电压箝位的高升压比Y源逆变器拓扑结构.对拓扑的工作模态和关键器件的电压、电流进行了详细分析,并给出电容和二极管的电压应力.相比其他耦合电感型阻抗源逆变器,所提逆变器在相同的电压增益下,具有更小的直通占空比,从而增大了调制比范围,提高了直流链电压利用率,且具有输入电流连续、元件电压应力较低等优点.搭建一台200 W实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性以及所提逆变器的优越性....
