极端不利工况下汽轮发电机励磁绕组短路故障危害性评估
TM311; 针对存在励磁绕组匝间短路故障的汽轮发电机组,分析了励磁绕组匝间短路故障对汽轮发电机主磁场中相关谐波含量的影响,指出了强励极端工况下造成的发电机气隙磁场畸变程度更为严重.随后以一台300 MW汽轮发电机为例,通过有限元电磁暂态仿真,分别在发电机空载工况和额定负载工况下模拟了不同程度的励磁绕组匝间短路故障,分析了空载误强励、额定负载误强励以及电网不同程度三相短路引起的强励等三种典型工况的定子绕组环流和不平衡磁拉力,确定了对发电机危害最大的强励状态.该研究可以为带病运行的汽轮发电机提供安全风险评估和维修决策支持,也反映出安装高灵敏度的励磁绕组匝间短路在线监测装置的必要性....
