Abstract_FL | Efficient consumption of renewable energy is an important task in the construction of new power systems.Currently,the power purchase agreement(PPA)mechanism has become an important consumption way based on the electricity market environment,reflecting a positive role in the development of renewable energy.Based on this concept,development history and market status of PPA are introduced,the differences,advantages and disadvantages of different types of PPA are analyzed.The differences in PPA mechanisms among countries are analyzed,and the methods for determining key elements of PPA are analyzed based on practical cases of PPA abroad.A comparative analysis is conducted between PPA and domestic medi-um and long-term contracts,and based on different market organization models,the applicability and operability of the PPA model in China's electricity market environment are analyzed.From the aspects of market mechanism,trading technology,pricing system,regulatory mechanism and operational system,the integration and connection issues between PPA mechanism and China's electricity market are presented,providing use-ful support for the improvement of the green electricity market system under the new energy system. |
