桥臂复用型MMC的预充电控制策略
TM46; 桥臂复用型模块化多电平换流器(AM-MMC)可以有效减少换流器的体积和重量,其预充电控制策略研究亟待开展.为此,提出了分别适用于交流和直流场景的AM-MMC的预充电控制策略.在交流预充电场景下,通过分析桥臂间子模块电容电压的关系,并考虑子模块电容过压以及桥臂间子模块电容电压不均衡问题,提出一种包含不控充电阶段、可控充电阶段和阻断阶段的三阶段交流预充电控制策略,并提供了限流电阻的计算方法.在直流预充电场景下,推导冲击电流产生的原因,提出了一种基于直流电流的冲击电流抑制策略.基于MATLAB/Simulink的仿真结果表明,所提预充电控制策略可有效实现AM-MMC的平稳启动....

Abstract_FL | The arm multiplexing modular multilevel converter(AM-MMC) can effectively reduce the volume and weight of converter,and its pre-charging control strategy research is urgently needed. For this purpose,a pre-charging control strategy for AM-MMC suitable for AC and DC scenarios is proposed. Under the AC pre-charging scenario,by analyzing the relationship of sub-module capacitance voltage between arms while simultaneously taking into account the problems of sub-module capacitance overvoltage and sub-module capacitance voltage imbalance between arms,a three-stage AC pre-charging control strategy including uncon-trolled charging stage,controllable charging stage and blocking stage is proposed,and a current limiting resistance calculation method is provided. Under the DC pre-charging scenario,the reasons of inrush cur-rent are deduced,a strategy for suppressing inrush current based on DC current is proposed. The simulative results based on MATLAB/Simulink show that the proposed pre-charging control strategy can effectively realize the smooth start-up of AM-MMC. |
