计及循环寿命的储能优化配置与运营策略
TM715; 针对储能在寿命和经济性方面的不足,建立了一种新型储能循环寿命测算模型,并在此基础上提出了计及循环寿命的储能配置与运营两阶段优化策略.第一阶段以投资额度为约束对储能的容量进行优化配置;第二阶段充分模拟储能在寿命周期内参与能量市场与调频市场的运营情况,并嵌入所提的储能循环寿命测算模型以考虑储能在每次充放电过程中的循环寿命折损.通过2个阶段的联合优化,实现储能配置与运营效益综合最优.考虑到所提模型是一个两阶段的混合整数随机非线性规划问题,常规方法难以处理,采用交替方向乘子法对其进行阶段解耦与迭代求解,降低了问题的求解难度.算例仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性....
