桐油/羊毛脂微胶囊涂层的防锈性能和附着力研究
TG174.44; 为解决建筑防腐涂层因外界环境、物理损伤等因素,导致涂层内部密度不均形成微孔及裂纹缝隙、涂层发生脱落剥离、防护性能失效等问题,以三聚氰胺-脲醛树脂为壁材,桐油和羊毛脂为芯材,选用原位聚合法制得自修复微胶囊,系统优化乳化时间、乳化转速、芯壁比对微胶囊性能的影响,得出合成自修复微胶囊的最佳工艺.将微胶囊分散到丙烯酸、聚氨酯、环氧树脂和环氧富锌4种不同涂料体系,制得复合涂层并测试其附着力和耐腐蚀性能.结果表明:乳化时间为10 min,乳化搅拌速度为1800 r/min,芯壁比为1:1时,微胶囊平均粒径为70μm,分布均匀、形貌规则、壁材致密.当复合涂层中微胶囊掺量为10%(质量分数...
