Abstract_FL | A particle swarm optimization method based on feature point constraints is introduced,for fitting the posture of aircraft wing docking.The method is used to solve the problem of large posture fitting errors during wing docking and improve the wing docking accuracy.First,a spatial coordinate system for the docking of the outer wing is established.And the reasons for the position error and attitude control points of the outer wing as a moving component is analyzed.The key points to reduce the error is worked out.Second,the least squares method is used to calculate the posture adjustment parameters.And a suitable objective function and mathematical model is established by analyzing the constraint conditions of the feature points.Once again,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to optimize the posture adjustment parameters calculation.The parameter accuracy is improved,and thereby posture fitting errors is reduced.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through experiments. |
