新疆某浮锌尾矿回收磁铁矿选矿实验研究

TD952; 铁矿石伴生的硫一般以磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿等矿物形式存在,是铁精矿的主要杂质之一,不利于铜铁冶炼且易造成环境污染.新疆某浮锌尾矿含有大量的磁铁矿(Fe品位为42.64%)以及少量的磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿(S品位为2.81%).本文针对该浮锌尾矿分别进行了"浮-磁"工艺实验和"磁-浮"工艺实验,通过两种工艺对比可知"磁-浮"工艺具有酸耗少、流程短、指标好等优点.采用"磁-浮"工艺进行全流程闭路实验,最终获得了含Fe65.42%、S0.38%的铁精矿,Fe回收率为77.99%....
