气相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中24种致敏芳香化合物

TQ658; 建立了化妆品中24种致敏芳香化合物的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法.化妆品试样经甲醇超声提取,加入无水硫酸钠脱水,经离心过滤后,采用GC-MS/MS进行分析,外标法定量.结果显示,24种致敏芳香化合物的检出限为1~28μg/L,线性范围内相关系数均大于0.995.选取了香水、保湿水、洁面膏3种类型的化妆品作为加标基质来验证方法的准确度,24种致敏芳香化合物的加标回收率为70.1%~119.6%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~7.0%(n=6).该方法准确、灵敏,且前处理简单、快速,适用于化妆品中24种致敏芳香化合物的测定....
