基于正交试验法优化废汽车尾气催化剂中贵金属的浸出
TD989%TF83; 本论文以废汽车尾气催化剂为原料,探讨了铂、铑、钯的浸出条件.利用L25(65)正交试验研究了废汽车尾气催化剂酸浸过程中盐酸浓度、双氧水百分比、次氯酸钠百分比、时间、温度、固液比等对铂、铑、钯浸出率的影响.通过极差分析对试验结果进行了分析,结果表明,较佳浸出工艺条件为:次氯酸钠的百分比为7%,盐酸浓度为9 mol/L,双氧水百分比为0.5%,温度为100℃,反应时间6h,液固比10∶1.在较佳浸出条件下,铂、铑、钯的浸出率分别为96.28%、99.28%、82.41%.验证结果表明正交试验结果准确性较高及所选工艺参数合理....
