基于正交设计的新疆某铁闪锌矿浮选实验研究
TD952; 本文对新疆某铁闪锌矿进行浮选实验研究,其中粗选药剂用量采用正交设计进行实验,根据正交实验结果分析不同药剂用量对粗选精矿指标的影响,确定粗选较佳药剂制度为:1000 g/t石灰,500g/t硫酸铜,60g/t丁黄药,48 g/t 2#油.基于较优药剂用量粗选实验获得了 Zn品位36.28%,Zn回收率96.67%的锌粗精矿.根据正交实验结果同时还分析了不同药剂对浮选指标的影响程度,确定了硫酸铜和2#油对粗精矿指标的影响较大,石灰和丁黄药的作用较小,这对调整闭路实验中的药剂用量具有较强的指导意义,最终闭路实验获得了含Zn 45.23%的锌精矿,Zn回收率为95.96%....
